Login creation or DB restore to do first

Hi I am migrating a DB from sqlserver7 to sqlserver 2000(newly setup server) whether i should create the login first or restore hte DB first .or i can do either way . please advice
The restore of database will take care of logins and in order to resynce logins usehttp://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/2228611 link. Upgrade recommendationshttp://www.sql-server-performance.com/jk_sql_server_upgrade.asp best practices. http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sql/2000/deploy/sqlugrd.mspx for further information. Apply the logins AFTER you restore the user databases, otherwise the default databases will be all messed up. MeanOldDBA
