Login issue in 2005

When i tried to login to sql server 2005 with sa and windows autentication iam getting the below message " A CONNECTION WAS SUCCESSFULLY ESTABLISHED BUT ERROR OCCURED DURING PRE LOGIN HAND SHAKE (provider shared memoery provider error :0 no process is on the otjer end of the pipe (microsoft sql server error 233
TCP IP AND NAMED PIPE NET LIB WAS ENABLED AT SITE
