maintenance plans after SP1 ?

Hi all,
I just installed SQL 2005 and SP1.
When I try to create a maintenance plan I get error to install management tools?
But they are installed??? What do I miss out here ? TIA
Dan

Have you got SSIS installed? Satya SKJ

No SSIS installed.
I just tried to create new maintenance plan on the default instance (not remote instance). Error:
——————————
The action you attempted to perform on a remote instance of SQL Server has failed because the action requires a SQL Server component that is not installed on the remote computer. To proceed, install SQL Server 2005 Management Tools on the remote computer, and then try again. For more information…
You have to install SSIS components as per this https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=234216 feedback. Satya SKJ

Well this seems to be a probl. with the x64 and/or SP1 installation.
Can remember having installed sql 2005 on a x32 (ok was a cluster) machine without ssis and all worked like a charm :-((
Yes it is a bug in x64 based machines, you might get a fix in SP2. Satya SKJ
