managing many identical databases

We have quite a lot of databases which have identical schemas.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to track and manage deploying the stored procedures and schema changes between them all. Does anyone know of a tool to help facilitate this ?
Ideally a little like query analyser except it can run on multiple databases in one hit thanks
