Max Memory for SQL 2000

I have searched the Microsoft site and can’t find the maximum amount of memory for this configuration. Windows 2003 Server Enterprise and SQL Server 2000 Enterprise. We are replacing our Windows 2000 Advanced Servers with Windows 2003 Server Enterprise and I would like to know if we can use more than 8 GB of RAM. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Tom
32-bit version should be 64GB

Is 32 GB not sufficient for your application?
Talking about the edition types you’ve mentioned what ever is the size it can accomodate. Satya SKJ
