MS SQL Server database sync on different servers

Say I’ve got an internal server running SQL Server 2000. I also have a website hosted by a hosting company on a windows platform and they give me a SQL Server 2000 database on the shared server on their end. Is there any way to sync data between my in house sql server and the database on the shared server? Via as little human interaction as possible. Thanks.

if allowed give a try for replication

You can set log shipping too in order to sync. the 2 databases, refer to books online and this website for log shipping information. Satya SKJ
