need to install build 2187
I have a non prod servers which have built no 8.00.818 and service pack SP3 . i want to install built 2187 . we have windows NT version 5.2 advance server. Can u tell me the steps that i should take. I wanted to know if i should install SP4 or this comes with the hotfix. SP38.00.818 Enterprise Edition
You have to install SP4 AND cumulative hotfix to go to 2187 build…. First install the SP4 and restart sql server and then apply the "Cumulative Hotfix for SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4 – Build 2187" Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4
