PervasiveSQL performance increasing

Hi Folks, I am new to www.sql-server-performance.com . We have a 2Gig PervasiveSQL Database on our server that really is starting to choke. I was wondering if there is anyone here who is expereinced in PervasiveSQL and tweeking its performance. Currently our server is stuck at 2gig so upgrading ram is not really an option. I might change the entire server to install more ram … but I want to exhaust my options before I drop 15K on a new database server. Ideas:
Install new Raid5 array,
Data on Raid5 (four drives)
Windows OS on Raid 1
PervasvieSQL temp files onto a separate single drive Anyone have any input. Has anyone else had to build a high performance DB server using PervasiveSQL ? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Les Elton
