Forget about websites! You’ll only learn the basics there. Follow and try to answer questions here about T-SQL.
You might profit by following the MS programming newsgroup and the answers from SQL wizards like Steve Kass and Itzik Ben-Gan and a few others. —

Hi, Thank you Madhi, Dinesh and Frank. Frank, what you are saying is absolutely correct, I fully agree with you, even I have a reasonable knowledge in sql, I have been working in this over a period of time. I have read some of the questions posted in T-SQL thread in this website, it is quite good. I have allocate time to read as much as I can, definitely I will do it. Please give me the URL for MS programming newsgroup, related to sql server, I searched for the same in net, could not find the right one, please don’t mistake me. I will update myself from their answers. Thank you. Regards,
Deva
Either microsoft.public.sqlserver.programming on the news.microsoft.com news server when you have access to NNTP and can use some Usenet newsreader like Ooutlook Express or something similar. Orhttp://www.microsoft.com/technet/co…spx?dg=microsoft.public.sqlserver.programming . This is Microsoft’s own web interface for their newsgroups. —
