Problem with Command Line BCP and SQL2005

Hello, I have a routine that executes a stored procedure from a BCP Command line to dump a record set into a .bcp file. In SQL 2000 It works fine but in SQL2005 it returns the following message "bcp host file must contain at least one column" I would like to keep this functionality without re-writing the whole app. Please help.
Post the statement used in SQL 2005 too for further assessment. Satya SKJ
