Problem with the microsoft document explorer

I’m new working with SQL Server and I have the project to implement a sql cluster. As recommended in one of your articles I install the sql server book online to get information about ms sql server. I get from the Internet the version from february 2007 and I installed the new Windows Installer (version 3.1) and the .NET Framework (version 2) that are necessary for the installation. The installation runs whitout errors. But if I start the programm I get following message "Microsoft document explorer cannot be shown because the specified help collection ‘ms-help://MS.SQLCC.V9’ is invalid. I started the installation programm again and select the option repair, after it I get the same error message. Could somebody help me. Thanks in advance

Did you complete the following requirements…. System Requirements
Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1; Windows Small Business Server 2003 ; Windows XP Service Pack 2
Microsoft .NET Framework: The Help viewer used by Books Online requires the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0. Download one of the following versions of the .NET Framework 2.0:
.NET Framework for x86
.NET Framework for x64
.NET Framework for ia64
Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or later Windows Installer: Windows Installer 3.0 is required to install SQL Server 2005 Books Online. Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 and Windows XP Service Pack 2 both include Windows Installer 3.0. For all other operating systems, you must first download and install Windows Installer 3.0.
