Process was running at maximum utilisation

Hi All I have this message coming on my server saying "sql server.exe process was running at maximum utilisation." This message appear while doing searches for all users..
we can restart the server for short term fix solution, But it happen again and again when we do searches. Please ay one can help… Thanx in advance

Only we can know that if you can capture PERFMON(SYSMON) counters for physical disk, processor, memory, sql server memory, process etc. Satya SKJ
