Profiler

When using profiler to monitor, i was wondering, what events are worth monitoring? My users complain that at ever 12:30 PM, SQL Server response time is very bad and even a simple query takes several minutes. I was wondering, what events i need to monitor from profile? Appreciated if someone please advice? Thanks,
