Replace data/log files

Hello, friends!
I have created an instance in disk C: , but currently I don’t have a free place in this disk.
I would like to move all instance databases to disk D:, how can I do it?
Rebuild master don’t give this possibility.
I would like to complitely move all databases file to athier disk, wihtout keeping any files in C.
Is it possible?
