Replication suggestion

Hi , We are designing 2 data centers for distributing applications between East and West coast users. I would like to Load balance one of our application between the 2 data centers. Both the data centers should be able to view/modify changes for this application. In other words if Data center 1 makes the change(s), they should be available to Data Center 2 and vice versa ONLINE. Could I get some help in understanding if Replication can provide solution to this ?? Appreciate your help and thanks in advance.
