Replication synch

We are running transactional replication. There is one articvle in publication which is out of sych with other with no errors. I checked the count of records on both server and it was different. Now it’s easy to reinitialize and resych them again, Problem is both tables are different.
Subscriber has 2 extra columns than the source, this is how this has been setup, months back and it was working, all of sudden now its not working and I now have to re-synch them again.. Please does anybody have idea how to re-synch tables with different number of columns ??? There’s no way I can drop these extra 2 columns and I can’t lose the data either. The moment I will create a snapshot, it will regenerate a table and I’ll lost the table data and 2 columns ?? Any idea…. Thanks

Change the snapshot configuration to keep everything at the destination in publication properties…. You have to insert the missing the manually… MohammedU.
