reporting service failure after db refresh

Hi Guyz i refreshed reportserver and reportservertempdb databases from prod to development.
now i am getting the below error. we are running reporting services 2000 on sql 2000 sp4 on windows 2003 server "The report server installation is not initialized. Check the documentation for more information. (rsReportServerNotActivated) Get Online Help -2147159550" i tried to reactivate using rsactivate -c "path of rs CONFIG FILE" -r (or -t) gives an error
failure starting the web service: the local NT service is not activated. i also tried to attach the rsconfig file using rsconfig utility. no luck. i scare to do rskeymgmnt -d i really appreciate if someone explains what should i do to bring the reporting service back after database refresh thanks
Did you try googling that error?
Are you sure that structure of the table referred in report didnt get change?
In Crystal Reports, there is feature called Verify Database which will inform you if there is structure change. See if you find such feature here also Madhivanan Failing to plan is Planning to fail
