Reporting services cannot start.

I am new to reporting services. We have installed 4 sql 2005 servers and I have removed the following new logins created by the default set up. <server name>SQLServer2005MSFTEUser$<server name>$MSSQLSERVER
<server name>SQLServer2005MSSQLUser$<server name>$MSSQLSERVER
<server name>SQLServer2005SQLAgentUser$<server name>$MSSQLSERVER
NT authorityNetwork Service
NT authoritysystem We want all SQL server 2005 services to run using a single domain account. So SQL Server, Agent and Reporting services were started using this domain account whicg has SA rights. Reporting services alone is giving an error message in the event log The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key. Most likely, the service account or password has changed. To continue, run rsconfig.exe to update the report server account information. When I executed below command using the same domain account which has SA rights still it gives the same symmetric key message .. rsconfig -c -s <server name > -d reportserver -a Windows -u domainaccount -p password
Please help. Thanks
