Restore database Error message

Hi,
I try to restore a backup in Enterprise Manager. It starts restoring but at the end I get the following message. What’s wrong? Is my beckup file corrupted? Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLState:42000) The media family on device ‘C:Documents and SettingsfarhadDesktopTermSQL_db_200403082047.BAK#%92 is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormaly. Thanks,
