Restore msdb

How can I restore msdb on sql 2005 server. I have a backup created on a sql 2000 machine. I need this database to recreate all jobs that I have in the sql 2000 server. Please help.
As far I know you can’t do that.

You can’t restore system databases from one build/version to another… You have script the jobs, operators and alerts and run the script on 2005.
If you have dts packages you can migrate if there are strait dts without any ActiveX script and/or additional mapping…otherwise it is better to create new SSIS packages…
