Rows deleted. How to recover?

A friend of mine deleted all rows in a table, using DELETE FROM TABLE.
I’d like to know if there is any way of recovering data.
(of course he has no backup!) Thanks Fernando
Wish him luck in his new job? Brett
Sorry to hear the news if you don’t have any backups I’m afraid out of luck. [<img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-6.gif’ alt=’:(‘ />]<br /><br />Next time have a backup strategy in place. [<img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-1.gif’ alt=’:)‘ />]
Hey, how about those cool tools which read the transaction log? Can’t they be used here? Delete from is a logged operation and I am not sure if it logs the operation or the datapages. Gaurav

You could look at Lumigent Log Explorer. It would be possible from that if you’re in FULL recovery mode. If not, you’re just screwed. MeanOldDBA
