script which can take the backup

Can any one suggest some script which can take the backup of all databases of a server,whch can be run with the help of a job.

You can build the script by quering master.dbo.sysdatabases.

Can u suggest any restoring script for all these backup at a time..I hope you will have the solution for this also.

I don’t have that script in hand or never seen such link and suggest you to readup Books online for RESTORE statement topic.
