What will happen with all those user connections currenntly on?
The new settings will take affect only for the new user connections not for the existing connections.
You must go to each user and do the same.

If you’ve disabled on the server using server network utility then make sure corresponding clients do affect the same. If no change occurred or just moved the preference of netlibs then no need to refresh the SQL services. _________
