Service manager problem

Hi,
I have a scheduled a automated reboot of the server everyday through NT Scheduler. After OS is restarted, SQL Server is starting starting and starting forever, What could be the issue, in event logs it says the SQL service is started. In services it says its starting but never gets started. What could be the problem, Please let me know as soon as possible.
Thanks
Rajesh

Try to kill SQLServr.EXE process from Task Manager and ensure SQL server services account has required privilegs to start the service.
Check for any warning or error in event viewer log during start of services and also answer Luis’s question. Satya SKJ
