shrink tempdb.mdf and tempdb.ldf

Hi,
The tempdb database on my server is rather large, and I want to shrink the tempdb.mdf and tempdb.ldf files. How would I go about doing this. Also, I would like to change the location of these files to another, larger partition. Is this possible? When I tried it said that I can’t change the location of the files once the db has been created. Thanks,
