sp_cursoropen & sp_cursorfetch

Hi,
I am running profiler to find out how application is using SQL queries.My profiler is displaying "sp_cursoropen" used by SQL server and I dont know what sp_cursoropen does.
I can’t see any details related to sp_cursoropen in BOL.
Please let me know if any one knows about sp_cursoropen & sp_cursorfetch. Thanks and Regards Ravi K
