SQL 2005 Maintenance Overwrite backup problems

I created a new maintenace plan w/ the wizard. I have it set to "Create a backup file for every database" and "Create a sub-directory for each database" but I can’t figure out when I can define the overwrite options. I looked at the summary and it’s set to Append. How can I set it… for ex. to overwrite the backup files every 5 days?
