SQL 2005 NTFS Format / Block Size (Database)

Just for confirmation, has the standard 64K chunk write changed with SQL 2005 database writes or does it still remain the same? I’ve always used 4K for log partitions? Any constructive advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
???
