SQL Profiler Replay – Failed to set proper user ..

Im attempting to replay a file recorded by profiler. I have activity from 2 users in the file, SA and DATAINT. I have created both users on the test system and set their default database to the test database. The activty generated by SA plays perfectly, DATAINT does not. Failed to set proper user name (‘DATAINT’) for the connection
and then
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Could not find stored procedure ‘Hx_DI_Claims_HeaderUpdate’. (State 42000) (Code 2812)
I have tried everything under the sun. Ive made dataint a system admin. Ive manually given dataint permissions. Any help is appreciated. Win Norton

Ensure both Producton and Development SQL Server has similar service packs on SQL.
