SQL Server 2000 DTS Components Editor

I need to edit DTS packages in SQL Server 2005. SO I installed SQL Server 2000 DTS Components Editor . When I try to edit it says I need to install SQL Server 2000 DTS Components Editor which I have already done. I uninstall and re-install it again which failed again. I am working in Windows 2003 SP1 —————————————-
