Sql Server 2005 64 bit Memory setup

Hi, I’m a little confused on how I should be configuring my memory for this box. I have a quad processor dual core box with 32 gigs of ram. I don’t have the AWE option checked of since it’s 64 bit. I do have the min memory set as 2000 and the max as 31000. I also have a 50 gig page file on fast drives. The box seems fine, but when I look at task manager, I see that page file usage is up near the limit. Available physical memory is under a gig. I’m concerned that I don’t have this box configured properly. Any tips out there. 64 bit is pretty new to me. Thanks!
Have you capture related memory counters from using SYSMON, I don’t believe Task Manager stats as a final one.
BTW is SQL getting performance loss during the time you observe these figures? Satya SKJ

I haven’t seen the performance drop yet. I’m just trying to get a gauage on how 2005 64 bit actually works.
Thanks.
As I said for such benchmarking stats PERFMON (SYSMON) is best tool to go. Satya SKJ
