SQL Server 2005 Component Installation

We are preparing to install SQL Server 2005 to support out global data warehouse. My question concerns whether the following SQL Server components can be physically installed on one server, or should be installed on separate servers: – SQL Server Integration Services
– SQL Server relational database
– SQL Server Analysis Services
– SQL Server Reporting Services I apologize if this is a newbie question, but we are currently an Oracle shop!
Yes you can install all the services you’ve mentioned above as long as the server hardware is compatible with these ones. Refer to books online orhttp://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506.aspx on hardware requirements. Satya SKJ

Thank you for the technical link. In our company we mandate separate servers for Development, Quality Assurance and Production so you can see how the number of servers can multiply for us if we split SQL Server components. Do you know of any published best practice studies where companies have installed the components on separate hardware for performance benefits? Thank you again,
Paul
