SQL Server 2005 Upgrade Advisor
We will shortly be starting work on the upgrade from sql server 2000 to 2005 and I was just wondering if anyone used the sql server 2005 upgrade adviser tool in the preparation? If yes, did any of you find it useful? JasonIs very useful but, depending on each database, you have some hand work more.

Hi Jason, This upgrade advisor tool gives us a good information. it is must to run on the 2000 server before upgrading to 2005. We too planning to upgrade 2000 server to 2005. we did some testing on dev machine, we have executed this tool and we got valuable information Mahi Mahi
