SQL Server User Accounts

At my organisation we are trying to keep track of all our users accounts relating to sql databases. The problem we have is that some of the account permissions change on a daily basics and we are finding it hard to keep track of those changes. Does anyone know of any third party software that can do this job for us? I know you can script out user account and permissions from sql server, but it we have found that it is very time consuming and we do not have the resources in house to do this. I have also tested out a ApexSQL Audit, but it did not fulfil our needs Regards Jason
