sql2005 performance tools

I’m running an sql2005 (SSEE) server on my network, and have noticed that the %processor often spikes to 100%. I’m looking for some tools and/or tutorials that will help me troubleshoot this issue. I’ve not been able to find any information on sql2005 performance audits, and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I’m new to the DBA side of things so any information would be appreciated. thanks.

You have to run Performance Monitor and Profiler.
