SQLState 080001 error 17

Hi I have too servers A and B Need to create ODBC connection from A to B and getting errror:

to setup DSN in ODBC and this error occured, I do not understand what is the
problem that keep this error exist.

SQLState: ‘01000’
SQL Server Error: 2
[Microsft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (connect()).
Connection failed:
SQLState: ‘08001’
SQL Server Error: 17
[Microsft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist
or access denied. I can ping server B perfectly fine from A.
Also any other PC makes the ODBC connection to A without any problems
Any idea will be appritiated.
