SSMS loading

hi to all gurus,
why is that sql server management studio takes more time to load on a 4GB Raid1 IBM server than on a 1 GB Desktop PC, i have been observing this issue in many systems where the loading time of the studio and profiler varies, is there any kind of setting we need to set or check?? Thanks in advance

This issue was discussed here previously.
To fix this:
1>Open IE browser.
2>Click on tools–>Internet options–>Advanced.
3>Uncheck the option "Check for publisher’s certificate revocation" under security. This will resolve your issue.
