stop asking my boss to save!

My CIO would like to stop SQL from promting him to save changes everytime he closes a window in Management Studio. I know this is default behavior and is actually a good thing, but it is anoying him and he would like to stop it. I know there is not an "option" to turn that off, but is there a registry hack that can stop it? Thanks a million! Michael

Tell your manager to do his job and "manage". Don’t let such guys do any operational things. They aren’t made for that kind of work. That’s why they were promoted to management positions. [] Then you should, as of now I don’t feel none other than waiting for MS to provide the feature in next service pack release atleast.

If the feedback is really high then they will consider to include too, I feel its a good feature for the community so will push through our MVP channel also.

Satya SKJ
Microsoft SQL Server MVP
Writer, Contributing Editor & Moderator<br /http://www.SQL-Server-Performance.Com

This posting is provided AS IS with no rights for the sake of knowledge sharing.
The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes of mind.
