The minimum record count threshold

I received this email from my production server:
Message from PROD_SERVER – The minimum record count threshold of 14000, for [tblTasks] in the TaskDB database, has been exceeded. The current record count is 13598 Does this mean that the TaskDB has reached its limit and I have to archive some records? Is it a serious problem in my production? Thanks, CanadaDBA
Are you sure your are getting this error from the SQL Server? YOu can have millions of records in a table —————————————-

Without a doubt this message <b>is</b> coming from the SQL Server – where it’s defined in a job that checks for certain situation and then sends out alerts. But of course Dineshasanka is right that it’s not a standard SQL Server message.[<img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-1.gif’ alt=’:)‘ />]<br /><br />The message is intriguing: the minimum threshold is "exceeded" when the number of rows is lower than the threshold value. So the system is complaining about not having enough tasks?!
