Hi All, I am having this strange error.
I have already installed reporting services 2005 at least 60 times and all are working. The last installation Is bugging I have tried all the possible config (created new reprotmanager sites Using the SSRS Config tool provided by MicroSoft) nothing is working. I also have removed and reinstalled SSRS always same proble.
I did reinstall ASp.Net 2.0xxx then reinstallled SSRS and still the same freeking problem. Can any one help. Thank You all. An error occurred while parsing the configuration file. The ReportServerVirtualDirectory element is missing.

What is the service pack level on SQL & Reporting services?
Check under SQL Server 2005 -> Configuration Tools -> Reporting Services Configuration and under than list you have to find at "Report Server Virtual Directory" above the "Report Manager Virtual Directory". Satya SKJ
