I knew it is different, just similar…. Can anybody here explain the difference in an easily-understanding way.. Appreciate it. ——————

one main diff: mirroroed DB is not available for queries. replicated db is available for queries/modification.

Replication is different as compared to Database mirroring, as first can only be managed with columns and few tables but whereas the former is on database level which is a good option to manage warm-standby on high availability practices. Satya SKJ
