When I tried to open the SAC i got the following message : "No SQL Server 2005 components were found on the specified computer.
Either no components are installed or you are not administrator on this this computer." I have displyed the version of the installation above.Again i have installed this on windows xp proffessional on my laptop.

I am not sure you can install Regular SQL SERVER 2005 EE on XP and I believe you can install trial version of EE…
Are you sure your installation successful, check your setup file and also check services in computer management for sql server 2005 services… http://www.microsoft.com/sql/editions/enterprise/sysreqs.mspx

They are client tools what you have installed. The error is default that no server components are installed.
As suggested in KBAhttp://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;914277 you have configure on the SQL Server. Satya SKJ
