Unable to get the counters in’view log data’Hi!
I want to analyse the log file generated by the perfmon with th e help of graph.
I am following this method
click on the ‘view log data’ icon
adding the log file
then adding the data. Here I am stucked. When I click on the add button to add counters which i want to view ..i get a new dialog box.In this box I have only 2 objects :memory and processor.I cant see any of the sqlserver objects and its associated counters.
I need these counters to analyse my log file.
the log file which i maintain consist of almost all use ful counters for checking the performance of sql server.
This threadhttp://www.sql-server-performance.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7617 to resolve the problem. You need to unload and load the counters for SQL Server. Satya SKJ
