Upgrade of SQL Server 6.5 to SQL Server 2000 Ser

Hi all, When i try to upgrade a SQL Server 6.5 database on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows NT to SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) by using the SQL Server Upgrade Wizard, the operation fails during the Export and Import via Named Pipe task. The Upgrade Wizard displays the following information files: Export and Import via Named Pipe – 00n<dbname>.err
Export and Import via Named Pipe – 00n<dbname>.out anybody has an idea about how to solve this????
