Upgrade to Enterprise from standard

Hi, We are curretly having SQL Server 2000 Standard edition with Server plus CAL licensing. We are planning to upgrade this to SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition with Processor Licensing. Can anyone tell me what kind of licensing we need to purchase and how much are we looking at (per processor) ? Can you also please let me know the Microsoft part number for this kind of licensing ?
