Your help would be so appreciated

Hi there, I have just been doing some tests on converting my current ms access database driven website to MS SQL. I have tried a number of tools now, MS Access export, MS Access Upsizer, some other independant programs…. however EVERY time I do it, it all seems to convert/transfer across fine, all the data seems to be there ok, and I am also aware I need to change SQL statements for dates from # to ‘ and a few other things, which again is all fine, the issue I have EVERY time is that some of the data fields although the information appears to be in the database fine, the pages just seem to have trouble pulling this data out onto the page! However it doesnt seem to apply to just one field type specifically, it seems totally random! It could happen to any field type and only affect 1 or 2 fields. For example when I loop through the recordset, it will bring say field 1, 3 , 4 , 5 out fine yet 2 and 6 it just wont display this information on the page. Is this a common problem, and if so what seems to cause it and how can I fix it? (All these pages obviously extracted the data fine when it was an ms access field… it just seems to make no sense…) Your help would be so appreciated. Many thanks

Can you give a more specific example? Code, query, error message…
From your description it can virtually be anything, which makes it hard to diagnose and troubleshoot. —
