YUKON AS – Logical Primay key in data source views

My relational database does not have any Primary keys, Foreign keys or indexes. For the purpose of building a cube I need to have logical primary keys at the data source view level. How does this impact cube loading and processing? Do these logical keys behave the same way as the "physical" keys when it comes to integrity check or are there just there to set relations in the cube
