Its a private beta, and with prior invitation only.
Probably by April MS planning to release it as Public beta. Further from thishttp://www.microsoft.com/sql/evaluation/betanominations.asp link There are currently no SQL Server beta programs available. Check back for future beta participation opportunities. Also keep an eye on Forum Announcements & Yukon section for updates…you never know when we get the taste.
