How to break activeactive cluster into 2 standalo

Hello,
Cluster is running on two nodes with win2003 and sql2000. I have a couple questions:
1.Is it possible to break cluster into separate standalone nodes?
2. Is there any other way of renaming virtual servers instead of reinstalling them? Thanks for your answers

1.Is it possible to break cluster into separate standalone nodes? Yes, But you need to reinstall whole SQL server once again.
[its not possilble like.. evict node and use it like standalone]

Deepak, I wanted to know ways how can I rename virtual sql servers. MS says that it could be done only in one way: reinstalling virtual server. Other ways are not supported in SQL 2000 Cheers
