Log reader problem

Log reader on replication is not working properly.
I recreate replication run snapshot ,everything went okey
It was yesterday
Today i noticed the same error
and Logreader was stopped
Error message: "The process could not execute ‘sp_MSadd_repl_commands27hp’ on ‘server’"
could some one please help?

Have you tried restarting Logreader Agent? _________
